Michael Beggins

Michael Beggins is a seasoned leader with a diverse background spanning military service, elite business education, and strategic consulting. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Michael served for ten years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer, where he developed deep expertise in high-stakes operations, leadership, and problem-solving under pressure.

Following his distinguished military career, Michael attended The Wharton School, earning a top-tier business education that propelled him into the world of management consulting. He later joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

Today, Michael is the co-owner and operator of Pay Dirt LLC, an environmental construction company with over 40 years of industry expertise. Alongside his partners, Michael is driving the company forward with a focus on operational excellence, project execution, and business growth. His unique combination of military discipline, business acumen, and hands-on leadership makes him a key force behind Pay Dirt’s continued success
